At Tohfaindia.com we provide multiple options for delivering the gifts to your loved ones. Most of our products are either hand delivered by our local warehouse or we use reliable courier company to deliver the products safely.
Terms and Conditions for deliveries of all Products
- No delivery on National Holidays.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 2 working day prior of the delivery date.
- Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alterante product.
- In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available on the website and the same is available with our customer support numbers.
Delivery of Perishable products (Cakes, Flowers)
- Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities on each product page.
- We will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address, recipient not available, premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
- The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
Same Day Delivery
We deliver to more than 85 cities in India same day. We accept same day shipping for a wide range of products on our website. Following conditions apply to same day delivery products,
- Orders received till 2 pm will be only delivered on same day.
- If we receive orders for same day after 2 pm, they will be delivered the Next day.
- The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities on product page.
- Please verify all the contents of the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you find any item to be missing or damaged, do not accept the delivery and the product will be reshipped to our warehouse at no cost to you.
- Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the item twice or will try to contact you if the parcel could not be delivered to you due to reasons like Address incorrect, Recipient not available, or it is refused by the recipient . In the unlikely event the product could not be delivered we will return the goods to tohfaindia.com office in Mumbai and the customer will be informed.
- If you accept the delivery and later you find the product to be defective/damaged, you have 48 hours from date of delivery to open a support case. Please send a photograph of the defective product with your order number to our customer support email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to our logistic partners as intimated to you by our Customer Service representative.
- When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
