Return and Refund Policy
At Tohfaindia.com our customers come first. We will do everthing and anything to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore we only sell products which are of the highest quality and less to none. In rare case you decide to cancel or return the product you have purchased we will gladly accept the return under below Return and Refund policy.
Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. For any defective or damaged product we will ship you a new replacment product at no cost to you.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
We need 48 hour notice before the delivery date to cancel the delivery. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- Orders when placed for customized product and in processing state (you can login to My accounts to see the status) can't be cancelled.
- All customized products in processing state are final sale.
- If we make a mistake in customization, we will replace the product and send a new and correct product at no cost to you.

We will refund you the price you paid for the product plus any shipping cost, if we make a mistake and it conforms with our returns policy.
For any applicable refunds the full INR amount which has been charged is refunded which is converted into US Dollar or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some cases where an international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank. Tohfaindia.com would refund only the amount charged in INR as displayed on the website. Tohfaindia.com is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the foreign transaction.
Refunds usually take 1 week processing time from our end from the time we resolve the returns and cancellation. It might take an additional 1-2 weeks for the credit to be shown on your credit/debit card or if you paid via netbanking and it depends on your bank.
